Do you have a goal of fat loss, muscle gain, or creating healthy and sustainable habits? A lifestyle transformation can create some really beautiful aesthetic change but the mental shift, confidence boost, and empowerment gains are a really powerful part of this program. Custom online training is so popular right now during the pandemic. Gyms may be closed and/or people are uncomfortable in a gym setting right now. With custom online training, we are able to build a program based off of your equipment at the gym OR at home. I also teach you a way of eating without feelings of major restriction. Flexible dieting allows you to eat things you enjoy while staying on target with hitting your goals. Your program allows you to work at your own pace and level of difficulty. We do minimal cardio. Your plan is delivered to an easy to use and convenient app to use from your phone. The app stores the program along with videos for each exercise in order for you to study the proper form or just use as a quick reference while you're in the gym. Being held accountable is a huge benefit of online coaching. Checking in for every workout as well as checking in biweekly with feedback and updates on how things are going are all a part of this program. We use progress photos, measurements, and biofeedback to assess your transformation. I’m here for you every step of the way and I’m always available for you!

Bodybuilding Contest Prep

Bodybuilding contests are an exciting way to show off your hard work and take your physique to the next level. I have high expectations for my athletes. Contest prep clients must be willing to go all in mentally and be 120% committed to following their custom plan.

This type of coaching includes not only specific training programs, nutrition plan, and weekly check ins but also advice which is particularly helpful to a first time competitor. This includes advice on federation and category selections, guides to supplementation, show day expectations, what to pack, when/how to register, peak week specifications and plan, etc.
